We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Credit and Agribusiness team. As a Director of Credit and Agribusiness, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and coaching to a team of Credit Officers and Financial Analysts.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with credit leaders to provide strategic guidance and coaching to the Credit and Agribusiness team.
- Support large and complex loan analyses and approval of loans outside of individual credit authority.
- Develop the team to serve as Association resources, providing sound and appropriate credit decisions.
- Monitor the quality of the loan portfolio and keep key stakeholders informed about its performance.
- Collaborate with credit, sales, and operations leaders to achieve portfolio growth goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, agriculture, or related field.
- 10+ years progressively responsible credit experience, including extension of credit to large, complex farm or commercial accounts.
- Past leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities.
