Due to projected growth, they are seeking a Business Development Executive with the expertise to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the marketing industry. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strategic partnerships.

This role holds fantastic potential for growth within the company into a leadership and Director-level role as success is achieved.

  • Hybrid/Remote and Flexible Working Arrangements
  • Open to Interstate candidates
  • 80-90K + Super + Uncapped Comms ( 180K OTE )
  • Office Based in Sutherland Shire

Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential clients, emerging trends, and growth opportunities.
- Developing and nurturing a robust pipeline of prospective clients and partners.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners and clients.
- Customizing solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Implementing strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth.
- Leading negotiations and securing deals with potential clients.
- Providing regular updates and forecasts on business development activities.
- Representing the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and expand networks.

Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within a marketing agency or related consultancy.
- Solid grasp of the digital marketing landscape, including market dynamics, emerging trends, and key players.
- Demonstrated track record of cultivating leads, closing deals, and surpassing sales targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-focused mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
