Position Overview

Join us as an Associate Product Manager at Energizer Battery R&D, where you'll oversee a dynamic team driving innovation and analyzing data trends to support product claims for our global battery range. Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure effective advertising and development strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration
  • Lead project teams and update senior management on progress
  • Supervise engineers and technicians to implement and back product claims
  • Support new product initiatives and ensure product supply
  • Manage the claims process and data for product development
  • Adjust plans to overcome operational challenges
  • Enhance internal processes for optimal efficiency
  • Empower and develop team members

Qualifications We Seek:

  • 4+ years of R&D or related experience
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or relevant field
  • Project management skills and cross-functional team experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with product development tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in battery or consumer goods
  • Direct involvement with marketing and legal teams
  • Knowledge of Stage Gate protocol, Six Sigma, and related methodologies
