Graduate Territory Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Graduate Territory Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a recent graduate or nearly graduated student, this is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in the fast-paced and rewarding FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with diverse customers to increase share of space in-store and optimize ranging of our products.
- Sell permanent and temporary displays into all customers, ensuring efficient coverage of the entire store network.
- Use category insights to drive business growth and success.
You will be supported by an experienced management team and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience through a comprehensive induction and training program. Our Customer Development/Sales team has a proven track record of career progression, with many team members going on to become executive leaders across various functions.
As a Graduate Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own territory autonomously, with the support of a close-knit team. You will have access to all the tools required to succeed, including an iPad and fully maintained company car.
