Casual Receptionist

**InMotion Therapy & Supports **is seeking a **Receptionist** to join our Admin team on a **casual basis** at our Narellan office. We are a multi-disciplinary allied health clinic that has been serving the Narellan area for over 10 years. We have a dedicated team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Support Coordinators who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Be highly organised,
- Able to multitask, and have strong problem-solving abilities.
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service is essential for this role.
- Excellent organisational skills, as this role is very demandingP
- Proficiency in using various software programs including Microsoft Word and Excel
- A friendly, people-oriented personality with a knack for assisting others with inquiries
- Flexibility to undertake various administrative roles within the team and work varying hours if necessary.
We are seeking someone with drive, enthusiasm, and a love for working in a team within a private practice setting. Availability is required between 8:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday to Thursday and Saturdays 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. This role will be on a on-call basis as required to cover leave of other staff.
**About the role**:
Tasks may include:
- Front desk duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing cancellations, and handling client-related issues.
- Developing service agreements for NDIS Participants, which involves communicating with clients/families, creating service agreements, and tracking progress
- Booking referrals and new clients, as well as generating invoices and tracking payments
- Sending out feedback surveys, newsletters, and managing the waitlist
- Other ad hoc tasks as required.
