Your Role & Team

Looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager with a passion for driving product success in a B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, a talent for crafting compelling messaging, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to execute impactful product marketing initiatives.

This position directly reports to our Head of Product Marketing and offers a full-time role with hybrid working arrangements from our Sydney CBD office.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Product Enablement for Sales Teams:

  • Innovate and Empower: Develop and implement a product enablement program to transform our sales team into product advocates.
  • Educate and Inspire: Equip our sales teams with comprehensive knowledge of CreditorWatch product releases, value propositions, messaging, positioning, and competitor insights.
  • Create and Curate: Manage a dynamic library of sales tools, such as pitch decks, cheat sheets, talk tracks, case studies, and competitive intelligence.

Product Campaigns:

  • Collaborate and Create: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute high-impact product campaigns and initiatives driving growth and product adoption.
  • Content Wizardry: Collaborate with stakeholders to produce engaging content like blogs, white papers, sales collateral, social media posts, and product guides.

Product/ Feature Launch:

  • Plan and Execute: Collaborate with Product Management and the broader Marketing team to orchestrate seamless go-to-market (GTM) launches.
  • Raise Awareness: Successfully introduce new features, products, and services, enhancing awareness and driving adoption.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive Growth: Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to encourage continuous growth, adoption, and engagement through compelling messaging.
  • Test and Optimize: Experiment, test, and refine product messaging in collaboration with teams to enhance campaign performance across all channels.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of market trends to ensure our product positioning remains competitive and cutting-edge.

Requirements

  • Looking for an individual with at least 4 years of product marketing experience, ideally within SaaS products.
