We're a fantastic little admin team of seven, looking for a new superstar to join us We keep things ticking at the Hassell Melbourne Studio and have a bit of fun along the way Lots of us have creative backgrounds, all of us are admin pros, and we'd love to hear from you if you've got a special little something to bring to our team.

About the team

In every studio, our dynamic Business Support teams build, maintain and improve the foundations that allow us to keep collaborating with our clients, partners - and each other.
With talented team members integrated across the business, the team keeps Hassell running smoothly through administration, document control, graphics production, facilities and operations, business development, and process management.
About the role
As a Business Coordinator in our Melbourne studio, you'll provide a high level of support and assistance across all facets of the business - to the studio, staff, leaders, projects, business development, events, day-to-day operations and any ad-hoc items as they arise.
The Business Coordinator is a diverse role, and as such offers the opportunity for you to play to your strengths.
You'll have the ability and support to focus your efforts where you can have the greatest impact, while still providing general support across the business.
About you
We're looking for someone who has had similar business administration / support experienece, ideally in a creative environment and who has a 'can-do' attitude to tasks and responsibilities.
The following skills and experience are required:
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Very strong organisational skills
- Experience with software including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat, InDesign
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated graphic layout skills and an eye for detail (document production, eg. presentations and reports)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to support key leaders and be one step ahead of their needs
- Contribution to strategic initiatives
- Being able to think on the spot and make decisions
