We are committed to accelerating our ambitious growth plans and are now looking for a Client Acquisition Manager to work closely & partner with our Executive General Manager at Trooocoo People Advisory

About the role

This an exciting opportunity for an ambitious B2B Solution Sales & Customer Success professional to join the People Advisory journey.

Working as part of our high energy and fast-paced team, you will support in the following areas:

  • Manage the lead generation and client nurturing process using a CRM system to generate, track and report on all leads and opportunities.
  • Utilise social and digital content to generate new business leads and drive engagement with prospects.
  • Qualify customer leads through personal interaction over the phone and in person.
  • Work closely with the EGM of People Advisory and broader leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy that leverages both digital and personal interaction.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of potential B2B customers, continuously updating and refining lead generation efforts based on results.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to coordinate People Advisory brand campaigns in order to improve brand awareness that feed into the nurturing of leads.
  • Provide support and guidance as needed to close business deals.
  • Stay informed of HR Technology and Outsourcing industry trends and adjust strategies as necessary to remain competitive and feed into the technology and partnership ecosystem.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in a lead generation or B2B sales role, with a focus on digital marketing and customer engagement, with experience across CRM systems and lead management. Exposure to HR Technology or other relevant products or services is highly regarded
  • Ability to leverage an established network or relevant key decision markers or a proven track record in building a network of same.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven success in nurturing clients through the awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional phone presence.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data to drive results.
