About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic Acquisitions Manager to join our client's team at Ascend Recruit. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth strategy forward by identifying and securing investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Acquisition Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals, conducting thorough market research and financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, brokers, and financial institutions, to ensure successful negotiations and favorable outcomes.
  3. Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes, ensuring that acquired assets are integrated smoothly into the company's operations.
  4. Negotiation and Integration: Negotiate terms and conditions of acquisitions to ensure favorable outcomes for the company, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired assets.
  5. Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management, providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  2. Experience: Proven track record of successful acquisitions and investments in the development sector, with a strong understanding of market trends and financial analysis.
  3. Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  4. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
