About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will provide advice, support, and guidance to hiring managers on strategies and insights on recruitment, contributing to the recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment, including developing job-based recruitment strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand recruitment and placement requirements.
  • Improve the quality and time to hire through innovation and refinement of processes in line with changing workforce needs.
  • Manage all stages of the process, including job briefs, shortlisting, telephone screening, booking interviews, and responding to stakeholders and candidates.
  • Proactively source candidates using various sources, such as job boards, networking events, and talent pools.
  • Maintain systems and databases for transparent communication and reporting.

About You

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and diverse candidate groups.
  • Demonstrated experience in an end-to-end talent acquisition role, preferably in disability services, blue-collar, or volume recruitment in a large complex organization.
  • Demonstrated experience providing expert advice and guidance to empower managers to make informed selection decisions.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and deadlines, with the ability to pivot as priorities change.
  • A strong business focus, keeping clients and people at the centre of what we do.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, embrace change, and focus on continuous improvement to deliver positive outcomes.
