About the Role:
Troocoo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of recruitment services and talent acquisition actions aligned with our Strategic Workforce Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the development and implementation of strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on talent acquisition and recruitment matters to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and external partners.
- Lead significant projects to support effective HR practices and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of HR staff and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
