Support customers in their community participation, helping them engage in social activities and access community resources.

Collaborate with customers to develop and achieve goals outlined in their Individual Plans, promoting their personal development and independence.

Prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences, ensuring a nutritious and enjoyable dining experience.

Foster a dignified and respectful environment that encourages the acquisition of new skills and promotes customers' independence.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer progress and support provided.

Qualifications:
Living in Australia(Sydney NSW)

Previous experience in a similar role or relevant training in healthcare, social services, or a related field is preferred.

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain it before commencing employment.

Minimum Certificate III in Disability or an equivalent qualification in a related field.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers, their families, and other team members.

Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with their daily living and personal development.

Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and schedules.

Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (if required for community participation).
