Job Opportunity: Senior Administrator at Mackay Office

About the Role

We are excited to welcome a Senior Administrator to join our Mackay Office Team and support the wider SLR Asia Pacific (APAC) Office network. As a leading Global Consultancy with a strong team collaboration ethos, we are seeking a standout individual to be part of our team. Our Mackay office is a vibrant and growing environment, and we are looking for a positive and enthusiastic team player to join us full-time.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle reception and customer service tasks.
  • Manage daily office operations efficiently.
  • Coordinate office events and activities.
  • Manage vehicle and equipment maintenance.
  • Handle financial tasks such as purchase orders and invoice management.
  • Support office health and safety protocols.
  • Provide research and analytical support.
  • Assist with project tasks and office management.

Skills and Experience Required

To be successful, you should have a minimum of 5 years' administration experience, ideally in a consulting environment. We are looking for candidates with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in administration for medium-large organizations.
