Our client seeks a skilled senior Lawyer in Wills/Estates/Elder law with experience across a broad range matters(eg. estate and succession planning, guardianship, administration and trust management)to join their thriving practice & close-knit team.

In this senior role you will enjoy autonomy, meeting new clients and advising on complex matters whilst being responsible for the management of the Wills/Probate team.

Adding further to your new/improved lifestyle are the very realistic/achievable budget expectations and a supportive, positive & collaborative office culture.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a min. 5 years exp. in Wills/Probate/Elder law (as outlined above);
  • Be an LIV Accredited Specialist in this area of a desire to do so (ideal but not essential)
  • Enjoy taking an active role in business development;
  • Be passionate about their career, with strong drive and energy;
  • Have excellent 'client service' skills & strong attention to detail;
  • Able to multi task and manage the often competing priorities;
  • Able to work autonomously whilst being an integral team player and willing mentor.
