The Opportunity

This is a newly created position and one you have an opportunity to make your own. Operating as a shared service across our Metarock Group of companies this role is diverse and offers plenty of opportunity to work across all of our underground contracting businesses in coal, hard rock, training and chemical injection.

Some of the key responsibilities include to:

Support the recruitment team managing the end-to-end process of resourcing and mobilising new starters for our multiple business units; Assisting with the placing of adverts onto various talent platforms; Assisting with screening, interviewing, and reference checking of candidates; Booking medicals and other training required to onboard new starters; Assisting with submitting candidates for inductions across various sites; Maintain a high level of customer service standard; Administration, data management and data entry in our PageUp system; General adhoc duties to the role.
