Some of the established responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Coach on the field: This is a player/coach role within our sales team that will have leadership of the Americas sales team but also their own ownership of opportunities to work directly on progressing and closing sales opportunities.
  • Lead, set strategy, and grow an accountbased and territory based sales team, including further development of our sales team.
  • Work with our systems and processes: Partner and guide our Sales team to optimize and transform our current systems, processes, and analytics.
  • Focus on data: Build upon our existing metrics to benchmark our team's success and use data to guide decisions for future growth.
  • Develop and scale the team: Work with our Head of Sales to design the strategy with our recruiting team to aggressively hire topnotch team members and continuously develop new and existing sales team members.
  • Plan programs: Partner with our Marketing and Demand Generation teams on planning key initiatives to drive opportunities and movement through the sales funnel.
  • Optimize and scale: lead optimization efforts for all aspects of SMB, Enterprise, inbound, outbound and partner sales development efforts
  • Resultsoriented: We have ambitious growth plans and this sales leadership role will have accountability towards performance and attainment of those goals in the region.

  • Sales experience for a complex SaaS solution
  • A demonstrated track record of excellent outcomes in a growing organization, ideally with experience in successfully taking a company to ~$100M in ARR
