Qualifications The successful candidate brings experience in a Financial Controller or Analysis within a sales environment and preferably in the software industry.

Core Qualifications but not limited to: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and analyzing financial models and forecasts.

Previous experience working with sales leaders and sales teams in the APJ region Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools.
Experience with Salesforce systems a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment with diverse teams is highly desirable.
Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential.
Additional language skills ( Mandarin, Japanese, etc.) a plus.
