The Senior Sales Representative reports to the VP of Spares.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities
Promote and identify new opportunities to solicit new clients for the Avmax Group of Companies, including engineering, avionics, leasing opportunities, part sales and any other related Avmax services.
Conduct market research and build a solid pipeline of potential clients to contact regarding the sale of parts, aircraft etc.
Analyze trends in the industry and among competitors to develop proposals for future growth opportunities.Responsible to track the rate at which sales revenue is growing.
Consult with clients to understand their needs for equipment.
Engage with clients and build lasting relationships to maximize sales.
Liaise with suppliers and various departments to ensure timely delivery of customers' needs.
Continually meet targets, KPI's and sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Travel to meet clients when are where required.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Responsible to ensure growth in the Australian and Asia Pacific aviation market.
Provide quotations and conduct sales transactions in Quantum (internal program).
Consult with clients after sale to resolve potential issues and provide ongoing support.
Coordinate, monitor and follow up on invoicing activities as required.
Drive the sales strategy; determine short-term and long-term strategies and be accountable for the achievement of sales goals and deliverables.
Provide onsite assistance to ensure local warehouse is running efficiently from an aviation perspective.Qualifications
Proven work track record in sales.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Highly motivated and target driven.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Bachelor's Degree, or Diploma, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to travel internationally.
Experience
Must have a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, preferably but not necessarily, within the aviation industry, leasing or similar.
Aviation experience is considered a strong asset.
