The Role


As the Sales leader for the region, you will be pivotal in driving revenue generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering an engaged and productive sales team.

Your sophisticated sales skills, strong people leadership and excellent business acumen will enable you to effectively lead the region in maximizing profitability, exceeding sales targets, and implementing positive change.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, collaborate on pricing, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strategic Team Management: Manage the sales department budget, conduct performance evaluations, and collaborate with other departments.
  • People & Culture: Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team and emphasize accountability.
  • Work, Health, Safety, and Environment (WHSE): Ensure compliance with legislative and company WHSE policies

  • Substantial experience in sales leadership within a B2B environment, ideally with 'make to order' products

  • Strong people leadership, with proven ability to lead and develop a high performing sales team.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with proven capacity for strategic thinking
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or marketing will be highly regarded
