The Sales Coordinator is a key position within our organization, responsible for communicating with existing, lost, and new customers to support the conversion of opportunities to sales. This role involves processing customer orders and coordinating activities to meet service expectations, ensuring timely delivery of all customer orders and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to convert to sales and complete proactive sales and service calls
  • Effectively handle customer enquiries and efficiently process data
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve goals and meet customer expectations
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in business administration or customer service, or equivalent work experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Previous experience in phone or face-to-face based customer service
  • Proven experience in supporting a team in providing up-to-date information to ensure they are achieving their goals and meeting customer expectations
  • Successful achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) over a sustained period of time
