About the Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. This includes planning and executing advertising campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and ensure marketing plans are aligned with business objectives and values.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to expand our online presence.
  • Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality content, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Develop and maintain the brand identity of the business, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Develop and implement community engagement initiatives to foster positive relationships with local communities and target demographics.
  • Identify and lead our participation in relevant trade shows and industry events to connect with potential customers, suppliers, and partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar market role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding and success in working with a sales-led business.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with an ability to draw meaningful business insights from data analytics and prepare reporting.
