About the Role

A 6-month contract is available for a dynamic Supply Chain Specialist with a positive attitude. You will assist in managing and optimizing our supply chain processes, PO placements and tracking. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers, monitor inventory levels, and help resolve any supply chain issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing inventory levels, order processing, and procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and supplier interactions.
  • Support the preparation of reports and analysis on supply chain performance metrics.
  • Assist in resolving any supply chain-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, production, and sales, to ensure alignment with supply chain objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field experience.
  • Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
