Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in managing inventory levels, order processing, and procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and supplier interactions to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Support the preparation of reports and analysis on supply chain performance metrics to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, production, and sales, to ensure alignment with supply chain objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive supply chain optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with supply chain management software or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
