Role Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Team Leader, Member Administration the role of the Administrator will undertake the following duties:

  • Liaising with advisers and internal staff to effectively solve queries and changes;
  • Ensure accuracy of member records in a diligent manner;
  • Work collaboratively with peers to ensure the successful completion of requests to solve issues
  • Participate in regular team meetings to provide feedback on process improvements
  • Participate in task rotations as required;
  • Ensure all administration functions are completed within service levels and ensure regulatory obligations and timelines are adhered to;
  • Appropriately manage operational and compliance risk by escalating errors, incidents or issues with your manager;
  • Any other administrative duties as required by your manager.

  • Ability to organise, multitask and prioritize work

  • Knowledge of superannuation and systems
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
  • Communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with your team

Prior knowledge:

  • Experience in Superannuation or financial services is preferred.
