Corin is seeking a competent Accountant to join our Australian finance team reporting to the Finance Manager, based in Pymble, Sydney. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in the Pymble office.

As our Accountant, you will be responsible for the

  • Balance sheet reconciliation including stock, GRNI, accruals, royalties , and prepayments.
  • Prepare monthly management reports.
  • Financial reporting & completion of month-end processes
  • Assist with budgeting & forecasting.
  • E xternal audit support
  • Participate in ad hoc projects, reports, and analysis.
  • Provide recommendations on the improvement of existing systems & processes.

Our ideal Accountan t

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent and ideally from an audit background
  • CA or CPA-qualified or working towards this.
  • At least 3 years of experience in management accounting or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and analyze information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
  • Highly motivated and capable of keeping up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, tabular modelling & power query - highly desired.
  • Fluency in Japanese – highly desired
