About the business and the role

This position involves a combination of general office administration duties, based in Ingleburn.

You will be working with a friendly and supportive team whilst completing a Certificate III in Customer Engagement.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Answering & transferring phone calls
  • Administration support
  • Mail collection and distribution
  • Supporting our trainers and assessors
  • General reception duties
  • Attending staff meetings and taking minutes as required
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Data entry and internal and external correspondence
  • Must be a team player, friendly and helpful
  • Good computer skills, including experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Professional and committed to a 24month Traineeship
  • Strong organisational skills as well as good time management
  • An enthusiastic attitude with an eye for detail
  • Must be a Permanent resident or Australian Citizen
