**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Collect and organize data for various projects and reports
- Schedule and book jobs, coordinating with team members and clients
- Organize and manage job-related documentation
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Utilize IT skills to assist with basic troubleshooting and support
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic IT skills and experience with troubleshooting common issues
- Experience in data collection and job scheduling is a plus
- **University students are preferred**
