We have an exciting new opportunity for an Office Administrator to join Kingsley Enterprises at our Ingleburn office. The Office Administrator is responsible for sales data entry, accurate and timely processing & reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts, in addition to general administration duties.
**Your duties will include but not limited to**:
- Daily sales data entry
- First point of contact for customer and supplier queries
- Raising and receipt of expense purchase orders
- Liaise with collections to ensure customer debtor accounts are managed and credit limits are accurate
- Assist in the release and monitoring of held customer orders
- Maintain organised filing of daily receipts and invoices
- Arrange authorised customer refunds
- General office administrative duties

- Attention to detail, to ensure accuracy in data processing
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving and seeking alternative solutions for customers
- Experience in a similar focused role on invoicing, accounts receivable, and credit control
