About the Role:

Our client is seeking a motivated, customer service oriented and technology savvy

Office Administrator, with a positive can-do attitude, who thrives in delivering excellent customer service as well as providing exceptional support to the team.

Duties:
  • Perform administration and general office duties
  • Liaise with customers and attend to inquiries
  • Data entry and general filing
  • Manage customer orders, receipts and invoicing.
  • Assist in providing job quotations

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an office administration / allrounder role
  • Experience in graphic design and social media management is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Professional work ethic with an ability to work as an integral member of a small team and autonomously.
  • Must be on a Permanent Residency visa
