Optimizing onsite user experience with a range of online tools. Oversee the day to day management of the eCommerce platform, ensuring product listings are up-to-date, accurate, and optimised for search engines and user experience. Maintaining and updating the website front end including banners, copy, blogs, products and general content updates. Support Digital & eCommerce projects as required. Troubleshooting systems and solving website related errors. Proficiently in using Microsoft Office 365 for various tasks such as document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentation development. Strong technical ability, including troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt to new software and systems quickly. Attention to Detail: Precision in grammar, punctuation, and style, ensuring high-quality, error-free content. Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines, adjusting to changing priorities or brand voice requirements Collaborates effectively with other team members, including designers, marketers, and product managers, to produce cohesive and impactful content. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and concise interactions with team members and stakeholders. Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Content Management System experience (Shopify preferred) Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI technologies for natural language processing and conversation generation.
