About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Associate to join our team at Deciem Beauty Group. As a key member of our ecommerce operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of online orders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack all online orders with attention to detail and in accordance with our high standards.
  2. Support Ecommerce Team: Assist with day-to-day operations of the ecommerce picking-packing team, including administrative tasks such as creating shipping labels and processing cancellations.
  3. Customer Service: Work with the Customer Happiness team to resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
  4. Inventory Management: Verify inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up to date, and assist in receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
  5. Warehouse Operations: Maintain warehouse standards of cleanliness and organization, and ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  2. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to work with the ecommerce team and customer happiness team.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to navigate between several modules/programs and troubleshoot issues.
  4. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  5. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and other relevant software.
