The Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our eCommerce team, you'll be responsible for coordinating the sample handover process, maintaining sample tracking records, and ensuring brand guidelines are met in eComm imagery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end imagery handover process with studio, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sample tracking records.
  • Audit eComm imagery to ensure brand guidelines are met, providing feedback for updates as needed.
  • Support wider business stakeholders on imagery-related queries, including timeframes.
  • Manage the e2e imagery load process for global markets.
  • Support troubleshooting queries related to imagery, errors, and more.
  • Collaborate with pre-production assistants, online merchandising managers, and producers on post-shoot analysis and improvements.
  • Work with the digital team on site merchandising and presentation of imagery.
  • Collaborate with the digital analyst on imagery performance.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated prioritization and pace.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and varying logistical challenges.
  • Strong interest in imagery and fashion campaigns.
