About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Kogan. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with third-party logistics providers to resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to problem-solve and resolve issues related to inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Reconcile invoices and manage escalations with delivery partners and warehousing teams.
  • Arrange deliveries for VIP B2B customers and perform administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist the Customer Care team with escalated issues and coordinate stock transfers between warehouses.
  • Continuously look for new and better ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or similar).
  • Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills, with a love for analytical thinking.
  • Highly analytical and tech-savvy, with the ability to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to move through volume tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model.
