About the Role
This position has been created to boost the engagement and expansion of the company's brands on online shopping eCommerce platforms, encompassing D2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels. The role will oversee the D2C website, implement the corporate grocery online strategy, and contribute to the growth plan for the business portal. It will lead a team of two individuals and manage a significant online marketing budget.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the formulation and implementation of the eCommerce strategy. Advocate for the online product roadmap to activate eCommerce channels, ensuring adherence to best practice standards for product content management. Supervise merchandising and optimization on Amazon and other retail platforms, including Grocery eCommerce and Quick Commerce. Manage the operations of the D2C site. Oversee the development of new sites and establish best practice guidelines. Support the growth strategy for the company's business portal (B2B). Lead and guide a team of two direct reports – an eCommerce Analyst and a Performance-Based Marketer. Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in eCommerce, ideally within the grocery or consumer goods sector. Experience managing a significant revenue-generating B2B channel exceeding $5 million. Comprehensive understanding of commercial business drivers and metrics for evaluating revenue, profit, and COGS. Proficient in utilizing analytics for performance-driven marketing and related ROI enhancements. Practical experience in managing and scaling eCommerce through third-party channel platforms. Familiarity with the Citrus platform is highly advantageous.
