The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Production Coordinator to join our high-performing eCommerce team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the sample handover process between buying, head-office, and studio, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality imagery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end imagery handover process with studio, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Maintain accurate sample tracking records and audit eComm imagery to ensure brand guidelines are met.
- Support wider business stakeholders on imagery-related queries, including timeframes and logistics.
- Manage the e2e imagery load process for global markets, ensuring seamless execution and quality control.
- Collaborate with pre-production assistants, online merchandising managers, and producers to analyze and improve post-shoot imagery, ensuring commercial viability.
- Work closely with the digital team to ensure site merchandising and presentation of imagery align with brand standards.
- Partner with digital analysts to optimize imagery performance and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with imagery management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interest in fashion, imagery, and campaign management.
