About the Role

The Manager Transport is responsible for leading the management and delivery of infrastructure services related to council's road and transport assets.


Duties

  • Develop, implement, manage, and review strategies and plans, and budget
  • Providing specialist advice, support and information regarding road and transport assets.
  • Facilitate excellent customer service and community engagement.
  • Lead, develop and manage a team

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary degree and or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and experience in managing roads operations, project management, and financial management.
  • Customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • White Card & Current Drivers License
