Based at our beautiful
_ _Nellie Melba Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill_,_ you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:

  • Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents in our High Care Unit
  • Coordinate, motivate and develop your team as the nurse manager within the specified unit
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
  • Provide support to your Clinical Manager
We have a full-time role available working Sunday to Thursday

About you
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in-charge or within a previous nursing leadership role
  • Great understanding of the complexities associated with working in High Care
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care industry and the standards
  • The ability to lead, share knowledge and motivate your team
  • Kindness, compassion and drive to deliver first class care to our residents
