Based at our beautiful**_ _**Nellie Melba Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill_,_ you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:

- Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents in our High Care Unit
- Coordinate, motivate and develop your team as the nurse manager within the specified unit
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Provide support to your Clinical Manager

We have a full-time role available working Sunday to Thursday 0830 - 1630.

**About you**

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in-charge or within a previous nursing leadership role
- Great understanding of the complexities associated with working in High Care
- Knowledge of the Aged Care industry and the standards
- The ability to lead, share knowledge and motivate your team
- Kindness, compassion and drive to deliver first class care to our residents
