Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Organiser to join our team in Swan Hill. As a key member of our Home Care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of our services to clients. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Manage office systems and supplies efficiently
  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries, complaints, and incidents
  • Manage database entries and documentation accurately
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Experience in client management systems and database management
