The Care Organiser is a part-time position based in our Swan Hill office, working Monday to Friday for 30 hours per fortnight. The primary purpose of this role is to manage and support the effective delivery of Uniting AgeWell Home Care programs.
- Provide excellent first-point service to clients, visitors, and staff
- Build customer relationships and greet clients promptly and courteously
- Effective management of office systems and supplies
- Monitor and manage group email inboxes, post, and other forms of communication
- Manage database entries and appropriate documentation
- Escalation and management of client enquiries, complaints, and incidents

- A current Working With Children Check card
