The Role
Reporting to General Manager

  • Transformation, the Head of Business Enablement exists to support our Value Streams and to deliver on our ambition to become Australia's leading and most trusted life insurer.


As Head of Business Enablement, you will lead the process improvement and change management function with a team of talented professionals to continuously support the delivery of initiatives across our Value Streams.


When it comes to process improvements, you will champion and act as a SME in matters relating to process mining, process controls and governance as we continue to deliver automation capabilities across our processes.


When it comes to change management, you will be responsible for supporting the Leads of the Change and Process Improvement capabilities to develop and implement the necessary tools, frameworks and processes to support best practice change, process improvement and operations excellence.


About You


An experienced and seasoned process improvement professional with a Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma, you will have proven experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery support capability within a complex organisation.


You are an advocate for Agile ways of working and have a depth of experience in embedding lean process improvement within operational Businesses.

You love working in and developing high performing teams and have a genuine passion for Customer Experience. You will bring a strong track record in Change, Project Management or Business Improvement with deep Agile Delivery experience.
