We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our Tip Top team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our supply chain team, ensuring the smooth operation of our distributors and materials planning processes.

Purpose of the Role

  • Generate POs in a timely manner as requested by external or internal stakeholders
  • On time and accurate processing of Distributors weekly payments
  • Process invoices and "workflow" invoices relevant to the materials planning team and supply chain
  • Contract Administration – end to end processing of contracts
  • Providing general administrative support to the supply chain team as required

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of relevant administration experience (within FMCG – food preferable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP desirable)
  • Passion and keen interest in the Supply Chain function
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
