About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Fresh Produce Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and supply chain functions, ensuring seamless execution of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational requirements
  • Manage domestic seasonal forecasts on a weekly basis
  • Engage with logistics and quality teams to ensure efficient product receipt and review
  • Contribute to commercial decision-making by understanding on-farm quality
  • Assist the commercial team in maintaining stock control and generating reports
  • Operate within the requirements of the Horticultural Code of Conduct
  • Maintain frequent communication between internal and external teams
  • Provide assistance with managing the grower/producer/supply base to support sales, volume, and profit targets
  • Assist the commercial team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
About You

We are looking for a driven, hardworking, and self-motivated individual who is eager to take advantage of the opportunities our company has to offer. As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Agribusiness, Business, Communications, Supply Chain, or a similar field, and have 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, commercial, logistics, or a related field. You will also have exceptional communication skills, a can-do attitude, and excellent attention to detail.
