The Role:
We are in search of a passionate Customer Service Consultant to join our expanding team. This team is in charge of creative insurance solutions, aiding insurance firms and their clients. You will be part of a performance-oriented team responsible for supporting clients with phone inquiries, handling administrative duties, and offering outstanding customer service. Your main objectives include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, taking ownership, and aiming for first call resolution.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, along with document processing.
- Oversee customer files in the workflow management system.
- Interact with clients and service providers.
- Execute administrative tasks pertinent to the role.
Skills & Experience Required:
- A positive mindset along with a willingness to acquire new knowledge.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a role focusing on customer service.
- Keen attention to detail, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Intermediate Computer skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions and proactive in problem-solving.
- Highly adaptable, managing conflicting priorities efficiently.
- Demonstrate initiative and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
