An exciting opportunity has become available for an
Online Distribution Manager - Strategic Partners, Pacific to join our team. You will be responsible for actively managing strategy, efficiency and performance for a portfolio of B2B & B2C partners.

This role will work on the digital distribution of nominated partners to ensure the fulfilment of the global accounts' objectives.


Getting to know the role and your responsibilities

  • Lead the development of knowledge and implementation of best practice in hotels for the OTA & Connected Partners (B2C & B2B); segment;
  • Assist with the business development and commercial negotiations that are critical to the successful performance of the business
  • Assist with the development and management of key marketing opportunities with our Traditional and Online Distributors for our brands, in close support to the Brand, Loyalty & Digital teams
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and distribution opportunities by undertaking regular data analysis with the view to maximise revenue
  • Assist in conducting regular segment & account analysis and alignment to ensure segment is fully optimized
  • Participate and support the Accor Global Sales strategy, efficiency and performance to optimize room nights/revenue through Accor TARS system
  • Support the segment Director to provide the regional leadership teams with ongoing strategic advice and direction to assist in meeting their short or longterm revenue generating needs
  • Provide necessary assistance, information and training to the Accor Web hotel teams in specific markets for a successful local implementation of the designated Accounts within the portfolio
  • Develop both short and long range plans for your designated account portfolio, in consultation with the account, to deliver on budgeted revenue expectations

What we need from you

  • Relevant experience in the hotel industry, ideally across traditional sales and online technology
  • Minimum 3 years' experience
  • Previous experience in online travel agencies, with a technology focus
  • Working relationships with key industry bodies and agencies
  • Demonstrated ability to write strong business cases
  • Strong Financial management and KPI reporting experience.
