_The Role:

The administration/reception role will see you be the first point of contact for the organisation, speaking directly with clients, taking calls and forwarding important messages.


_Key responsibilities include:
_


  • Managing bookings and timetables
  • Assisting with forwarding on messages
  • Copying, filing, laminating, mail
  • Adhoc administrative duties and projects
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages

To be effective in the role you will:

  • Be a great communicator, able to show empathy and patience where required
  • Have good interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with people
  • Be able to demonstrate commitment and values alignment to the mission of the organisation
  • Have good organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise workload
  • Enjoy working within a small team, contributing to the office culture
  • Solid technical skills, able to pick up new systems quickly and ideally experienced with Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to work an analog phone system
