Reception/administration Assistant

This is a **part-time permanent role, working from the office.**
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 2 pm daily
Our work is important to us, and we are passionate about our clients. We can be loud and welcoming, and if you're one of the lucky ones, you'll sometimes see us bust out a dance move or two.
**Your day-to-day duties will include**:
- Opening the offices ready for everyone to start
- Greeting clients and guiding them to the meeting rooms
- Answering calls from our office
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Assisting Directors with any ADHOC tasks, as requested
- Filing the documents at the direction of HR, Accountant, Directors
- Helping with posting documents, monthly run to post-office
- Maintaining office records via Google Docs and Excel sheet
- Admin work to scan documents, refill paper in the printer, some data entry required, etc
- Organising documents and optimising admin processes with HR and Accounts team
- Assisting HR with leave systems and processes
- Coordinating orders from Officeworks and Woolworths.
- Office management under direction
A strong relationship-building background & bubbly personality is ideal as you will be building partnerships with different vendors.
