With seating for over 600 guests, their property offers a range of contemporary food options, all served from an impressive team of well-known chefs.

Join The Team

They are looking for you to oversee their bar and lounge area, assisting with operations and managing a large team of attendants and supervisors. This is a significant project that will require your constant motivation, communication with the staff, and a flexible approach to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Their goal is to create an engaging and vibrant service style that aligns with the company's expectations.

You'll be reporting to an experienced and supportive F&B Manager. This combined bar and floor management role demands front-line leadership, setting the floor's tone, and confidently working behind the bar, driving initiatives and upholding standards.

Required Experience

You will ideally have a background in high-quality, high-volume pubs, restaurants, or bars, bringing a professional approach to service and training. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to advance your career and apply your expertise in a new environment. They're seeking someone like you with extensive experience across various venues, strong mentoring skills, and innovative thinking.

Restaurant management or solid pub experience is highly desirable, along with a keen interest and knowledge in beverages, as this position will supervise the bar.

Hours and Benefits

Your schedule spans from Wednesday to Sunday, with rotating weekends off once settled. They offer a competitive salary of approximately $90K plus superannuation, free meals, and a free gym membership plus many other perks.
