The Company:


Our client is well-known and highly respected Accounting firm and they are seeking a switched-on Client Services Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This organization will stand out on your resume and is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is seeking their next challenge

The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, and working close with 3 other friendly Administrators, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Collating client Tax Returns and Financials
  • Lodging Tax Returns
  • Liaising with Government Agencies
  • Assisting with monitoring and managing social media for the business
  • Updating client details on the database
  • Reception relief when required
  • Additional duties as required

About you:

The successful applicant with have proven experience in a similar role, and have the following attributes:

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • The ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a facedpaced environment
  • Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
  • Detail oriented and organized
