Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of highly technical engineers and platform architects to support secure and continuous delivery through SDLC automation
  • Ensure the creation of an ecosystem for structured code releases and infrastructure provisioning changes with quality gates
  • Establish a CoE with cross-functional teams to introduce new tools and frameworks for software development acceleration
  • Define and prioritize feature enhancements based on user feedback and product roadmap
  • Champion continuous improvement recommendations to provide a competitive edge for development teams
  • Develop automated test plans for software delivery artifacts through collaboration with QA teams
  • Define and implement product support organization for post-deployment and extended support
  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve project goals and sustain a strong team
  • Define operating model for managing platform products
  • Establish critical metrics to measure performance and ensure compliance

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • 9+ years of IT industry experience including 4+ years in leadership roles
  • 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering and/or Dev Sec Ops SRE positions
  • Proficiency in cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation
  • Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools like Jenkins, Git, Harness, and Ansible
  • Experience in developing complex integration architectures for large enterprise applications
  • Strong scripting language understanding - Python, Javascript, or Go
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required
  • Punctual attendance is essential

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry-recognized certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified Professional Engineer, or Microsoft Certified
